Antibacterial filler masterbatch, the product mainly USES the antibacterial ability of silver, copper, zinc and other metals, through physical adsorption ion exchange and other methods, it is fixed on the surface of fluorite, silica gel and other porous materials, it is mixed with traditional plastic, can be used in all kinds of traditional blowing film field, can inhibit the growth of bacteria, antibacterial rate as high as 99%.

 

Product features

Antibacterial active ingredient 5%, no obvious odor, antibacterial rate of products up to 99%;

Do not directly process blown film products, PE and other polyethylene resin needs to be added, the recommended amount of product addition is 20%;

The processing temperature is consistent with general LDPE, good tinting, natural antistatic;

Good compatibility and dispersion, adding does not affect the original product processing and performance;

 

Range of application

Packaging film for plastic wrap, wrapping film, automobile interior, home appliance, etc.

Supermarket shopping bags, garbage bags, roll bags, pet waste bags, file bags, electronic products packaging bags, food packaging bags, tablecloths and other plastic products;


Processing equipment

General film blowing machine, casting machine, bag making machine, printing machine and sealing machine. 

 

Processing technology

The temperature is the same as that of conventional LDPE, and the addition does not affect the product processing and performance.


Storage and packaging

Suitable for storage in dry and cool place, vacuum packing with aluminum film plastic bag inside paper or carton, 25Kg/ bag packing.
