The general public should actively prohibit the use of disposable non-degradable plastic shopping bags and plastic tableware, and actively create a good production and living environment.

The county market supervision administration, the bureau of economic, commercial and scientific and technological informationization, the bureau of agriculture, animal husbandry and forestry and environmental protection administration, the tourism bureau, the bureau of health and family planning, the bureau of housing and urban-rural development and other relevant departments should take the initiative to implement the supervision responsibilities, and resolutely investigate and deal with disposable non-degradable plastic shopping bags and plastic tableware processing enterprises and sales points.
